If you’ve been struggling with focus, follow-through, organisation, or emotional regulation, you may have wondered whether ADHD could be part of the picture.

For many adults, the difficulty isn’t just the symptoms -

it’s not having a clear explanation for why things feel harder than they should.

This assessment is designed to provide clarity, structure, and direction - not just general insight.

Do I have ADHD - and what do I do about it?

Who this is for

This assessment may be suitable if you:

  • struggle with attention, concentration, or distractibility

  • feel overwhelmed by planning, organisation, or completing tasks

  • find it difficult to follow through, even when you know what to do

  • experience emotional reactivity or difficulty regulating responses

  • feel capable, but inconsistent in your performance

  • have long-standing patterns that don’t fully make sense

  • are questioning whether ADHD may explain these difficulties

Why many people feel stuck before assessment

Many adults who later identify with ADHD describe:

  • being told it’s “just stress” or anxiety

  • trying strategies that don’t seem to work long-term

  • feeling frustrated by inconsistency

  • experiencing burnout from overcompensating

  • having no clear framework to understand their patterns

Without a structured assessment, it can be difficult to determine:

👉 what is actually driving the difficulty

👉 and what to do next
